BioOh, um... hello there. I'm the Adirondack Park. None of you have probably ever heard of me before, so I guess I'd better introduce myself. I was founded in 1892 in order to preserve the natural beauty of upstate New York. I'm the largest protected area in the United States too. I'm home to the Adirondack Mountains, Lake Tear of the Clouds (where the Hudson River starts), and one of the healthiest ecosystems in the United States. People call me "Forever Wild" because none of my land can ever be sold, leased, or developed. People live here, but my population is pretty small. That suits me just fine. I can't imagine being a city. Cities are too big and too loud. I like my quiet mountains and my peaceful rivers.
